If you watch older der der videos i remember dynasty had that posture, and i know nexus uses that posture. its so that when your snapping you make kind of a downward motion as opposed to a horizontal motion i think, in theory its alot faster because your not moving as much as when you make the horizontal movement. |

diffenately, 45/45's are really short. i have VERY long arms, so i can hardly use a 68, but ya 45's are pretty short, diffinately could contribute to the posture. |
