I sold him some stuff and the last day I was using it (before I shipped it out) our team left out stuff unguarded and a bunch of it got stolen. So I wasnt able to send him his merchandise...
I had already spent his money. He was very understanding and patiently waited for over a month until I could pay him back.
Not once did he get angry. He understood completly.
