The Darn Net(paintball net)

K i need some help.. i have a Nikon D50 and i really dont want to take it in the field inside the netting to let it get shot or messed up.. how can i get my camera to focus more on the player than the netting?

buy some neoprene and make a cover, or use a towel. get a UV lens and a shroud. you'll never get good photos with netting in the way.
or get a ladder so you can be above the netting, which would make for some cool angles. (stealth edit)
