i have a quest in the mail and im planning on getting a new trigger, so does anyone know what kind they take, or if its thier own?

The FEP quest has its own trigger design, but I have heard from a team mate of mine that you can shave down a timmy trigger in a few spots and slip one in.

I dont have any conformation of this though.

Right now we have our own trigger. As far as another trigger we have talked to Techna and they have started a trigger already. Also remember as we grow evryone that makes triggers will come out with one, they are pretty inexpensive to make.

In the mean time...Timi triggers have one problem fitting. The back end where the set screws come out is too long/tall (depending on the trigger). You will see what I mean if you try to place one in your gun. I recomend trying the stock trigger first, it will grow on you. If you do not like it then you can wait for other triggers to come out soon.

Every gun I have must have a Scythe style trigger on them, and a techna if I can afford them at the time

Unless he made another one, there is only one made, and it was made specifically for the Quest by Jason Watson himself. Its much to long to be a timmy trigger, and trust me, its like pulling back on the hair of Jesus.

Jason didnt mention(or I didnt hear while he was talking anyway) that he was going to start production on the trigger for the Quest until he can get caught up with his orders he has now.

*Note: I may be twisting the story, and he may have said that he wasnt going to make them for the Team I am on, Epic(a sponsored team) until he is caught up, so dont quote me on that.

The one their referring to is the black quest on the wall of the shop. Which indeed is jason's.

Around the gun is like a D2, 2 timmys and a ion . I have all 3 pics of it.

those are all jason's guns. ripper 2, ccm pump, another pump, d2, and the quest.
so here's some of the answers to your questions:
yes, that's a scythe in the picture. but it's a lot (well, maybe 1/2 inch) longer than a scythe 2. it does come from a scythe 2 blank and it take a little modifying, but they work like a charm. in fact, the "quest scythe" is better, in my opinion, than a scythe 2. and i have a scythe in my alias and one of only 2 in my gz. the quest scythe is longer because the blanks are longer; jason has to cut the bottom 1/2 inch off to fit in a timmy trigger guard. fortunatly, you don't have that problem with the quest. you can accually 3 finger the quest scythe. yep, it's fast.

i don't know if the other designs (razor, katana, etc) are going to be options, but i believe they will be.
and yes, jason should be making them soon enough, but he feels an obligation to the customers he currently has, first. jason't nothing but class and his work, make that, his ART speaks for it's self. i assure you, how ever long you have to wait, it's worth it in spades.
