Caution With Battery Instalation

http://img230.imageshack.us/my.php?i...ipframe9be.jpg
Ok, some people dont know this and already are damaging there boards by being rather stupid. See how the battery is installed in this photo? CORRECT WAY TO DO IT! The incorrect way? Look at the on/off switch, make sure that your battery is angled away from it, ive already seen 2 people put the top of the battery in directly below the on/off switch and when they do this and play with it the battery puts pressure on the on/off and bends it upwards and can even lead to damage to the board in which would make the gun not function. If its pushed up the on/off button collides with the frame and can turn on/off on its own at random and cause major issues in a game. So please install your battery at an angle like the picture above. Thanks.

i cant keep up with these acronyms used on here lol, there is a new one each day i just assume type it out, but energizer batteries is the way to go, anyone who is serious about paintball should change out there 9v before each tournament/team practice and energizers are reliable and not as expensive as some of the others so thats a good thing

yeah i bumped my on/off slightly using duracell and my teammate actually damaged his using them... we install new batteries in out guns/halos the day of the tournament so we buy them in bulk (whole team pitches in a few bucks saves us all money) and we didnt know and we both have quests... so i figured i'd post it up before anyone else does it, i was using custom cut Hybrid CK grips so i couldnt tell it was more bulky but he had the angel ones did and like an idiot didnt mention it lol, hope this saves a few on/offs out there! my solution was a peice of rubber that i took a razor knife to and cut into a < and placed it pointing down on the top right of the battery under the power switch so that it acted like a jockstrap for it in a way (best way i could describe it) but now i use energizer so im good

Yeah, put battery in wrong = dead board.

If that does happen do you have to reflash your board? Or buy a new one?
Do you get a warrenty if this happens?
