What is wrong with Tippmann???

Why can't I just have them send me the RTLP hose that should have been included with the kit anyway?!? And why will it cost $13 for me to get that stupid part?

I've never had this problem getting parts sent before so why now? I might as well stick with the stock RT hose than pay for that.

HUH?

there's a special hose for the RT when you use their LP kit?....

when you use the LP kit on your 98+RT, the lower pressure (~300) starves the RT functionality...

you need a macroline hose and fittings as opposed to the microline+fittings that come stock with the RT kit....

yeah, this problem is kinda *** and Tippmann should include the larger hose in the package...

when I talked to their pro-shop techs about it they just sent the new hose with no $$$ or questions asked...

it's weird that they're charging you for it

That exactly what I thought. I guess I just talked to the guy that makes everyone pay or something. $8 for the hose wasn't so bad, but $5 shipping pissed me off so bad I just hung up.

i just recently called the shop asking if they had their 98-specific beaver tail out of production and on the market and i got this tech guy that sounded a bit older... he had no clue as to what i was talkin about (he thought i was asking for the full boar kit) and i think maybe if you got him on the phone he may push for you to pay for the higher flow hose...

i forgot his name but i talked to this younger soundin guy and he hooked me up with the hose for free...

dunno if this helps any
