Ways of Cleaning Bunkers

Anyone have any suggestions of ways to thoroughly clean bunkers? My field is hosting a tournament soon and we're trying to get the bunkers clean as possible, we thought about pressure washers but don't want to damage any of the props. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I did search but couldn't find anything so if there's already a thread about this sorry.

simple green? y not put dish soab in one or two of the buckets and plain water in the rest. that way u get some type of soap on the bunker. then just squeegee as normal.

Squeedgy all thick paint off, then water down with hose or big sponge, then scrub with sponges.

It's a pain in the ***.

I don't know what brand of field you have, but I use power washers to clean mine. They work just fine.

some of the more higher end ones have a pressure output adjustment. But with the widest angle attachment and not being 4" away could do the trick.

and using pressurizd hoses arent so good to use cuz sometimes the water will have little sand particles and when u spray the bunkers with the water it thins out the bunker material.....

We use a deck brush. It's like a push broom but only about a foot long with short bristles. Spray some water on the bunkers, use the brush to loosen the heavy stuff, and spray again.

If you are trying to make bunkers that you have let become weathered look new again hold a "bunker wash" Inflate them all up to where they are not considered over-inflated and in danger of busting. Get a couple of truck wash brushes and some buckets, simple green and some hoses and nozzles. Scrub them down pretty well, rinse, let dry, scrub them down, rinse, let dry and they should be clean. You can use a light easy to use car wax type product to give them a little extra protection but during the day have gus with squeegies and just water no detergent and do this after every game.
Good luck
-Will

Thanks for all the advice, I think we're gonna try the simple green/armor all method.
