Zamer is a good pickup. I've watched him grow from a rookie player -> nov -> am. Whenever I'd go out to the aftermath practices and he'd play on my squad or I'd watch him play he was always receptive to criticism and input. He responds very well to coaching both from the sidelines and players on the field. With positive input Zamer will continue to grow as a player.
