i have (i think) the base model pirahna and every so often it doesnt recock. and once i cock it, its fine. but i hate it costing me games. how can i fix that? can/should i drill out the VA and/or valve and fix up the pin (all for better air flow)? cuz thats all i can imagine. my spyder never had a recockign issue, but i did those things anyway and wonder would it benefit me? otherwise, what should i do?

PMI guns all work the same

first thing to check is the hammer o-ring. make sure it's in good shape and lubed. (also check the bolt o-rings while things are apart)

if you've had a gun for awhile, the sear may be wearing down. check to see if it's rounded off or if the edges are still well defined and sharp.. also check the Hammer where the sear makes contact with it incase there's a lot of wear there.

what velocity are you shooting at?
