btw, if u noticed i didn't post anything but american classics, don't get me wrong, but these cars were the symbol of american power, while building a foreign car up takes skill, these were an american icon and foreign cars just don't have that much power stock. These did and were a lot cheaper at the time. Damn emissions standards.

correct......it's purpose was to give troops at the uso show a chance to drive a muscle car but at the same time, remind them of normal driving. When ur in a war, driving a souped up boss mustang really tends to cheer you up

takes just as much skill to build a small block or big block...choosing the wrong part or not setting up one part can make or break any car

takes no more skill to build a jap car than american iron. And yes there are foreign cars of today that have more power than some of those cars. I agree they where alot cheaper (father bought a 71 cuda brand new for 3k and change) In my state (MA) nothing pre 83 has to pass emmisions.

You should have put some old-school Vette's on there, like the 50's and early 60's ones. Those cars started the muscle car era. And what about the Pontiac GTO?! Freaking amazing cars though.

cleanest car there. everything else is average looking, and that car with the story (sorry can't identify it, it's a musclecar) and the huge ram air looks fast and mean, but not good looking. protruding engine block=nono.

Its a matter of opinion. IMO a Sting Ray will always be a beautiful car...

But something more like this would have been a better picture...

agp, that one is better..

I just have this strong hatred for tubbed rear ends.. I hate the look of that. I understand the reasoning, but I'd much prefer a regular street car look.
