I dont know anything about systems so help me out

I wanna get 2 10 inch subs and an amp for my car
I want something good, but not too expensive

I know alpine makes good stuff so what do you guys think about 2 of those?

Is there anything anyone else recommends over that are better than these? I dont mind spending a bit more...

Truthfully, i can only give you a biased answer. I haven't heard any, but my friend in florida was running an alpine headunit in his explorer, and it was really nice. So if the subs are like the head units, then i'd reccomend it. Memphis is also a really good sounding subwoofer, My buddy had s of their amps hooked up to an 8k sub and one hooked up running to his regular system and it sounded really good. But if you are a noob, buy something cheap. Most people automatically want a lot of bass when they first start getting into it. Don't waste your money on something cheap, but at the same time, don't get something too expensive, You may mess up and over ride the sub or the amp and blow it. It's a learning process, but if you want the

Yes the Type-R's are nice you will enjoy them. Just make sure to get a nice box not a prefab one and a nice amp.
