What exactly does a mid player do?

What does a mid player do exactly??... I've gotten Relay back players words, being able to walk and shoot off the break... cleaning up. But what is the position exactly?

One of our biggest goals as a mid guy is to get those pesky Back guys out.

A back player distracts the other team, while the rest of your team runs for their lives off of the break.

they help the front players. and nail the other teams bck players. give cover fire for front players. and after front player moves. the mid guy takes his place

I gather that the mids are gap fillers. Front player gets picked off quick, so they can move up. Or if their snipers are taking out the back, then they can move back. All around utility player. Takes a lot of skill and intelligence. I put my best players there

Well being a front man I can tell you from experience, your mids are your biggest link to your back men. Instead of yelling all the way to your back men they relay messages. Also, while your back guys are busy keeping people down and focusing on the entire feild, your mnids can give you cover fire and watch for moves or bunker attempts. Hope I helped.

mids are there to take up space, fronts are there to get shot, backs are there to waste a lot of money on paint, then us tape runners are there to win the game. J/K we dont play with mids and have done pretty well, so I don't think they are integral to your game (so if this offends any mid players but I'm saying yes, you are disposable.)

Mid Players are a bit of everything, they watch the feild like the backs, and run the feild and advance like fronts. they relay alot of communication too-

and when u say your team doesnt have a mid.....im guessing u dont play 10-man

nah we play 10 man. 5 backs 3 fronts and two tape runners.

If you play without midies you guys must be getting beaten by walk-ons. Mids are essential to the game, they must display all the postive qualities of front and back while not adopting their weaknesses. In my opinion next to tape mid is the most important position. Without wasting paint, because they have to be mobile therein limiting pods, a mid has to hold down advancing tapes and and back-man sprayers. And Lasoya is da man on a side note.
