826 WHP Evo!

Taken from the thread: 826 AWHP!!! and 597 Ft/ lbs! that was on 42 psi on C16 just like the car would sit on the street

42psi! Thats nuts. I cant imagine what it would be like driving this thing on the street.

Here's a quick vid of its dyno run
http://media.ams-evo8.com/sevo826awhp.wmv

And a link to the thread over on the Evo boards

My guess is that even on 93 he could be pushin well over 500 easy. He also can change the tune so he doesnt always have to run c16. He drove the car from Florida(where he lives) to illinois to get it tuned

you can drive it normally and stay out of the boost and you'd be fine...just you'd want the c16 there if you're into the boost level like that...at that boost level detonating would really suck

2.3L actually..

Still thats amazing, ofcourse you only see full boost for 4,000 rpms or so...

Its amazing, even when its not fully spooled up that turbo is pumping more air/psi into the engine then my tiny thing could dream of...

Look at the video, it's got a 2.3L stroker kit in it. Impressive non the less, even though I've seen it on three other boards already.

Same company, but unless he stuck the stock rims back on and added the guages, it's a different car. If they showed the lisence plate, it'd be easier to tell as well, but I'm pretty sure the 600whp Evo you're thinking of roams around south Florida.

Might be, I just don't know why he threw the stockers on? Maybe he had winter tires?

Long highway drive to IL might be a good enough reason to throw them on.
