Question about inline reg.

It looks like I will be getting a Intimidator from a local store and was wondering if a stock autococker inline reg will be fine to use (only for about 2 weeks or so when I will have another paycheck and get a gladiator) on it. The local store owner is selling stock autococker regs for cheap. Also would it be pausable to instead gut the autococker reg and use it as a gas-thru while doing a lp mod. I would then be running the gun off the output pressure on my 68/45 max-flow.

I dunno how good the autococker reg would do. Never had one. But you can't do the LP mod with a preset tank. Need an adjustable.

You can most certainly do the LP mod with a preset, as long as you have an inline reg (e.g. Gladiator, etc...).

If I dont have an adjustable reg on my tank would I need a regulator going in to the gun? Also if I have a adjustable tank I Would not want a reg going into the gun but would it be better to just have a gas through grip? Also how would this be effected if I did the low pressure mod on it? Sorry about the simple q's its a new gun for me.
