Reason for Being so slow???

Hopefully this hasnt been asked too many times lately,,i didnt see it on the page,,but anyway,,, why has the server been so slow? and search doesnt work for me prob 90% of the time?? just curious,,not dissin the site,,glad its here,,,just curious..

Problem: Site is slow
Solution: We are trying to get the funds for another server

Problem: Search doesn't work.
Solution: I'm working on it. I've not had this much trouble troubleshooting a problem on the site. I just need time.

The site is not down it just lags sometimes. When it isn't it's very fast, at least for me.

How much does a new server actually cost? I remember PBN was having this problem a while back and it seemed to get faster, but now it laggs all the time. I love pbnation, but it sux when i cant even surf it because it takes like 5 minutes to load a page...and it only happens on this site(runnin DSL) Well, hope more people donate or something...

They have a new server and everything. It is a database problem now.
