IHateSnow's photo thread!!!!
i just got into photo a few weeks ago,
I go to RIT for electrical engineering but RIT also is one of the top photo schools in the country. I have many friends that are photo majors that have been helping me out.
i keep everything on fotki, heres the link

i rescaled it down a lot so it loses alot of the quality and this is the un-photoshopped one anyway. it looks fine printed. and that was from my 3rd day of taking pictures

Sorry, but its not a matter of no post processing, or size, but that rose just is not in focus.

Thats kinda interesting, still underexposed. Would have looked nice in B&W with if you bumped the contrast up a bit. I think this shot is making the lense distortion work for you nicely.

I think a longer focal length would improve a lot of those pictures.
One other thing that stuck out to me is that you have something in the foreground that takes my attention away from the subject in a few of the pictures.
I like the setting though. Overall, I think those are pretty decent pictures
