I was wondering if the proto elbow/arm and dye elbow/arm pads are legal to wear in the psp can anyone help me out? were going psp chicago and orlando so I need to know

you cant wear an under shirt because the pads count as a layer
so

if you have no pads its max 2 layers

yes, proto/dye pads are 100% legal

and no, you are allowed elbow pads and 2 layers

. NPPL is pads short sleeve shirt, jersey
knee pads and pants. but you cant wear knee pads if you have the angel pants or the dye c5 pants.

and PSP is more leniant with ****.
