Actually, i would honestly like to take a poll for the smilies. They just seem to make sigs look disorganized. Blah blah, anyways, ill talk with the other two admins about it and get back to you.

You say you didn't turn off the smilies. They are turned off. It even says so right next to where you type in your sig. I even put in smilies and they didn't work.

Also the visited links thing still isn't working.
