Contacting Leon!?!

Hey I have been trying to call PGI at their # and i am not getting anything even the answering machine. I shiped my gun to them and they still have it

I am in the same boat your in dude. I sent them $45.00 of my money for a solenoid for my osiris 5 months ago!!! NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! Phone number doesn't work haven't had any calls. What the fudge man!!!

i have tried calling everyday 2+ times a day for 3 weeks and nothing. sorry about your money but i am out A WHOLE GUN. not that it ever worked right to begin with. if you want to take a look at my PBreview for the osiris. you know they are one of the few companies that almost NEVER answers their phone. for the year that i have delt with them they have only picked up the phone ONCE.

Leon is a good guy and has great customer service. I don't see why you would be having any problems getting hold of him. He has helped me out numerous times. I need to get ahold of him again also at the moment. Later, EBZ

hmmm... silly kids.. I dont know Leon well enough to put in any excuses for him. Thats not my job, nor getting hold of him for you either. I'm no way affiliated with PGI. I just use their markers. But hey its all good, heck, show a little attitude you'll get no where. Yeah the customers always right but that dont mean the cook wont spit in your food. I could care less. I know PGI has helped me numerous times. So whatever problems your having, good luck, your on your own now.

Leon is still around. He is actually in the middle of a legal dispute regarding his paintball field. I emailed him two days ago and got a response the same day.

PGI has not gone out Exno, you're referring to WarMachine...these are two entirely different companies - though we did focus on the same line of work

Also, WGP and Thee, it wouldn't be like Leon or any of PGI to leave clients stranded with problems, I know asking for more paitence may seem trite, but you must understand that owners and workers in the industry, espically the former, are very busy. I would be content that owners, developers, and techs give the time they do to get online and converse with players.

It would be nice to believe that polish guy. But PGI is probably the only company I call that I have never had anyone answer thr phone. And I have had this post up for a couple weeks and still nothing. Not tring to be mean but wtf.

Well did you try emailing them like I said? I told you guys. I got a response within hours.

Yes I have I have sent him 5 emails. None within the last week but 2 since the post 2 prior and one the day I started this post.

You guys are complaining about not being able to get ahold of him, but you're not trying. I got a response on a Sunday, in like 3 hours. Try that before you try anywhere else.

ok i emailed him today. never knew he owned his own field i would have thought he would have put a link on his site or some thing. But that sucks about his field being closed. i also have a # 9517370899 but i will use it on the weekend. i only have 2 left till they close. thank you for the help

Sorry Guys, been out of the country and busy, I sent the part and I guess it got lost so have resent it, also I have found Adams marker and it goes out soon, we moved to a larger location(50 000squ ft) and my fault, I lost it, I am sorry and have no excuse for that

Once Osiris is up and running again I and a few friends are going to try paintballing on the ice of Crooked Lake

not sure yet on how we are going to keep the bunkers from moving but hey it will be fun
