Hello. Welcome to the Undertakers Sponsorship Agreement Form. We are proud to announce that our team wants to get involved with helping out others as others have done for us. We want to get involved with the sponsorship of teams. We are looking for teams to sponsor for 2006 and continue the years to follow. Being involved in the paintball world, playing at events, tournaments and hosting our own events allowed us as a team to see what teams need and deserve will help us give you the chance to a proper sponsorship that you and your team deserves.
Our team is an authorized RAP4 dealer and as a full sponsorship to you and your team, we plan to use this as a first step to your team sponsorship. Giving you the best deals and prices the market has to offer. As we grow with you and your teams we plan to bring in more offers to your sponsorship. RAP4 has many and all paintball products to offer. From Scenario play to Speedball, to Tactical intense play. What ever your style, we can guarantee we can find it for you. Search

Please make sure you read this form and fill out all the proper information needed to complete your team sponsorship with us. Below will be different packages to choose from. Please only the team captains will fill this form out and send it back to us. Your team captain will be responsible for the sponsorship.
We have the right to revoke any sponsorship or discontinue any sponsorship at any time with out notice if we feel any team is representing us in any inappropriate manor.
