Replacing a part for the MicroRock...

I e-mailed Palmer twice in a week and I still haven't gotten an e-mail back.

How can I replace the above circled and how much will that cost? Thanks.

Okay, so I opened up my microrock today and somehow the valve pin's stem snapped off. Looks like it got hung up on something so the spring is a little messed as well. Anyway, how much to replace this?

Tha "somehow" can only happen if the nipple fitting is forced into the valve body with the valve pin and spring out of position.
Out of position, means that the stem of the valve pin is not through the seal and the hole on the inside of the valve body.
You'll probably need a new seal for it as well.

Referencing the first picture.
From the left:
1 is the stainless nipple fitting
2 is the seal for that fitting
3 valve spring
4 valve pin
5 valve seal
6 valve body

You'll need parts 3, 4 and 5 @ $7.50 plus shipping

I teflon taped nipple fitting and I don't think i cleared the opening enough. I think the pin got hung up on some tape and caused it to get stuck because when I opened it up the valve pin body was stuck in at an angle. I had to run air through it to pop it out and the pin came out practicly bent at a 90* angle. Thanks for explaining the problem though.

I still have the valve seal. Let me know how much shipping will be and I'll paypal it to you.

You'll need to inspect both sides of the seal very closely (like with a strong magnifying glass) to insure that there are no nicks or deep dents in the seal.
If you don't want a neww seal too, the other two parts will be $5.50.
Place your order through paypal to sale@palmer-pursuit.com
Be sure to include what you are ordering.
I do not handle that stuff through e-mail or forum posts.

OK, that will do this time.

That's one of the reasons I don't usually try to handle sales.
