it is brand new. i used it 3 times to see how it worked.it has a tiny bit of wear that idk how it got but its a lil ring arounfd the fromt of the bolt. but it did not come with a manual or anything else. i got it for a late birthday present from my grandma(2 or 3 months late)(??).i never use it because i have almost never chopped while i have had this gun. . i am hoping for about 30 dollars. it works in the spyder fenix and the diablo reincarnation. i can take money orders or casheir check
