ok today i just bought a used green fade defiant basically stock i ordered a shocktech drop forward . i'm running a preset pure energy nitro system(68ci 3000 psi) my reg is rebuilt with a new spring in it so it will do ok with a preset.

my plan's for upgrade's from what i've heard are:
Ripper grip frame
Ripper high rise
Sonic LPR
eclipse asa
gladiator reg
chaos chip and eye

what do u think?

That sounds like a great base gun, you don't really need to do all those upgrades, just play with the gun a coulpe of times adn then see what you think could be improved on your gun. Just get a good barrel and then go from there. You might have well just play with it and then address problems from there. LIke if you are chopping alot, make sure your gun is tuned adn if that doesn't work consider getting the anti chop eye or some thing like that. As for maintinance, all you need to do is clean the bolt, feed tube, lube the ram and wipe of the gun and parts and you should be good to go.

i'd just get new grips and a 12vt revvy (i'm sure you already have one) and you should be good to go, if you already have a reworked reg so it can handle a preset tank you're in good shape. but it's a great gun outta the box, all you really need is a new barrel, and grips (and revvy if you don't have one) the next thing i'd get is vapor, but even that is luxury not necessity.

get the Sonic Asa, looks a lot better with the gladiator reg and you can put a gauge on it.
