I would just like to know how many of the teams in the ICC would like to see the field owners allowed to offer prizes. Right now they are told not to give prizes away unless they are door prizes where every team has a chance to win.

There's the problem, somebody has to pay for it! The field owners rarely give away anything without it being paid for by the teams. One exception is the prizes Matt Selis has given away in previous events. He sought out and received prizes from various manufacturers and wholesalers.

CPSA and WPF give out nice prizes. I suggest if people want prizes they play one of these series.

Comming from an neutral standpoint (use to play ICC but have since retired from tornament play):

I think prizes will hut the leage. right now teams play for the bragging rights. prizes will most likely bring in teams that wouldnt contribute to a better leage. also a feild that may be sub par for play/service may offer better prizes and thus secure the vote for the feild next season rather than a feild that may have had better facilities/staff but didnt offer any or decent prizes

I second that. Though prizes would be cool, in the end it would bring in teams that are in it for the prizes and not for the playing. Though those people would most likely be slaughtered pretty fast.
