Workout plan?

Im goin to be able to work out about 4 days a week using mainly a bowflex xtreme. Anyone have some good ideas for a full body workout? Anyone have experience with a bowflex ?

Also im not looking for to intense of workout because I will have pretty hard training for kickboxing after. Im mostly just trying to build some muscle

its a bowflex man, read the manual and use hte damn thing just use it in different ways for 20 mins a day 3 times a week, and if u dont see performance sue there ***** for false advertising


p.s. your trying to build muscle yet you dont want a intense workout? well do u want to so called "tone" or actually build muscle

basically when u "tone" u use lighter weight and do hella reps

if you want to build muscle you use heavier weight and do less reps

forget the bowflex and go to gym. the gym would be more efective.

Hook up a chin up bar some place in a hallway between a door or something.. Burrow or go buy some Weights and just work your arms out.. Sit ups and Push ups I recommend.. Afterwards go jogging..
