Question Stingray II gas leaking from barrel

My stingray II was working fine a few weeks ago but when I tried to use it a few days ago I gassed it up and tons of air starts rushing down the barrel. I take the gun apart, everything looks fine so I replace all the orings, but that didn't help. I checked the BE website and they said to put transmisson fluid in the asa, I tried, but it didn't help.

Any suggestions?

most likely its the cupseal in the valve. it needs to be oiled, cleaned, and replaced if necesary. OR the roll pin that holds the valve assembly to the hammer tube may be missing if that happens it will leak like a mother

Smile

I don't think I asked for that kind of advice. I have plenty of other guns and money for plenty more. Sometimes playing with a "crappy" gun can be lots of fun.
