Today and yesterday we had to run for our eligibility report from last week. Something like 8 F's, a ton of D's. Only one guy was ineligible, but luckily only ineligible for the bye week. We ran what we call squares, its basically a huge 40yd. square. You sprint, then karoake, then backpeddle, then bear crawl. We had 14 yesterday and 12 today. For football.
