Question Speed/accel. exercises

Well... i figured it would be best to ask you guys becuase your pro! What are some exercises/drills that the team does to get better acceleration and speed OTB? When im playing it seems like im running real fast but on video im like jogging!?!?!

yea for some reason it seems like some people run slower wen they play paintball.

there are reasons why it seems like that. first, all the gear that is being carried slows us down. second, most moves in paintball arent long enough to build up to full speed.

to get faster simply do sprints, doesnt get much better for you than that.

we use plyometrics for football training. I've noticed that it helps my speed off the break.
