I'm closing this as it is full of BS accusations and heresay. As Ulf said, Will runs things and wouldn't let any thing like this knowingly occur. Furthermore, out of all of the NPPL events I've been to, I've never seen a member of the cleaning crew drive a golf cart, only PPP staff members.
