How fast can I run a mile? Well lets see... what year is it?

Seriously, I'm slow but I have high endurance. Last time I did it was probably around 10 or 11th grade, which I got 8-9 minutes.

i could so run the mile in like 1 minute, but the coaches told me not to embarass everyone so i did it in like 7 minutes.

8-9 thats pretty slow i can do 2 miles in that time

im cross country and track and field in highschool i run miles in about 5-6 minutes 5 if im feeling good that day

Last time that I ran a timed mile was last spring with lacrosse pads on and I ran a 5:50. But I can get it to a 5:15 +/-.10 with no pads.

10:53 for a 1.5 miles on my CPAT testing. I'm slow, but I could have kept that pace for twice the time.
