I ran XC my sophomore and junor year, i'm now a senior. My PR was a 19:29, which I remember because my goal was 19:30. Yeah, I didn't excel at it, as our team is extremely good, as in travels to Texas, Indiana, Kansas, etc., and still finishes in the top three.
I've ran track since 8th grade, and done every event from open 100m to 3200m. I've won a distirct gold medal in the 4x800m relay, but other than that never really been anything spectacular. I'm a fairly average runner. Last season I started focusing on the 400m, and I got down to a 55, but that was after a semester of XC. This year i'm in football and i'm stronger and quicker, so my goal is 52.

I run just for S&G's. I love doing it, i've been slacking lately though, at my peak I was banging out 6 miles in just under 50 minutes. I've since slowed down alot, hence my slacking, but I just picked up some new shoes so hopefully I can at least get at it 3 or 4 times a week.

I do Cross Country and I did track the past 2 years, but I highly doubt I'll do it this year, because I'm a senior and I don't enjoy it that much.
1 mile: Around 5:00
2 mile: 10:50
5k: 17:27
