How many stand out pro NPPL players are fat?

I am very thin myself, but discriminating against fat people is pretty stupid. If they want to play our sport, let them.

But I guess overall you still got me since Pro X-ball is on TV and Dick Clark has a contract with the NXL....oops.

The WPL will be on TV. That in and of itself disproves any theories which determine TV as a standard for the better league.
The best XBall only team in the world will always beat the best 7man team in the world regardless of format.

WPL Blows, I'll agree with you on that. The only NXL team thats been doing too hot in either semi-pro or pro is the california ironmen. Strange is in eleventh place overall in semi-pro, Philly A's ate it hard at the last event. In semi-pro, shockwave Canada, a team that doesn't play Xball at all, is ranked higher than SIX NXL TEAMS. (Bob Long's Ironmen, Shock, Strange, All A's, Iceman (which is Legacy I believe), and hate crew).

playing X-ball does not automatically determine that you are above and beyond everyone else who doesnt. Hell, I play X-ball and I think NPPL is the better format.

So did Infamous. Just goes to show.....the Russian's robotic style of play does not allow them to adapt easily.

To say Legion and Infamous never played 7 man is wrong.

RL played Millenium 7 man for years. They also played several NPPL 7 man events (Chicago, Miami).

Infamous may not have played 7 man as a team, but the main players have all played it before.

Now, it you want to say 7 man is a format they don't practice much...

No. But put the best XBall team against the best 7man team in the world, make them play 25 games of 5 man, 7 man, and XBall, and the XBall team will win the majority of them.

not many people here are making sense. first off, this isn't a thread debating xball vs 7man. so stop al that nonsense. besides, the points being made here aren't all that intelligent.

as far as the fish playing semi, one member has been offered to play pro, with infamous, but he turned it down.

sorry for the brain fart there. the sentence started with one thought and suddenly turned into another, stupid comma's. my correction, they used 2 semi's the first time around, and flipped between 2 and 3 semis at huntington this year.

pom stated they run 5 pumps when they can, 4 when the field is very open and they need the fire power

keep this thread to people throwing their support, if u have a xball superiority complex go start your own thread

3 or 4 pumps? they ran 2 the first time, 3 at huntington this year, and now, who knows. its not really the first thing i think of saying when i talk to steve, joe, or anyone else. why not go over to their website and ask them.

i dont wanna sound like a choad here, since you know them about X10 more than i ever will, but i really thought they used 4 at HB this year. maybe im wrong though. and at last years, i was told they used 5.
-mike

oh yeah, and i did ask. radley, who i think controlls the fugu thing they have, gave me an answer that didnt make much sense.
