Advisory Update - 7th September 2005.
Information from GCI indicates that they have proof that all MacDev bottles are safe. We are awaiting verification of this information from DOT, if this information can be verified, MacDev GCI systems need not be recalled. Until such a time as this information is verified, you still must not use your GCI bottle.

Hopefully i can keep my gci tank!

Finally it's official!!

MacDev has done some really nice work with this one. They have improved on absolutely everything.

I actually got the privilege to shot some ropes with it a when visiting MD. The gun is THE absolute sweetness. Feels like your behind a killing machine.

-The most stable shooting platform ever, it melts in to your palm and sends paint straight on target in extreme rates of fire.

Yep...once again Macdev have shown there true skills congrat's to the team (James, Bourke and Dianne)that make this happen.....you guy's do not see the true battle that they (Macdev) have to put up in AUST.

As the official release will be at Orlando, that's when the pics will be available, most likely... unless someone leaks them early..

Hey James, if you need someone to test the '06 'borg for you, in both tourney and rec/scenario play... my team and I would be more than willing to offer our services!

New frame?-I hope this means they made it so its not so cramped.

New "full function" board?-PSP/NXL/NPPL/ramp/full auto/adjust everything via trigger/multi color LED/cooks you breakfast features. One word-YAY!

10% lighter?-Jesus Christ. Stock Borg was light, Sonic was lighter now this.

New pnuematics?-I hope this doesn't mean spool valve. If so I retract my "Son of a *****" statement above. On the other hand if "new pneumatics" means a completely manifold mounted noid then sweet.

I may be kicking myself for having my Viking milled and ano'd when this thing comes out.

It's not the Tadao board it's the new awesome 06 Cyborg board. It has all features you could ever ask for! Me and Per had the chance to try it out in the factory and we were speachless! If you think it's hard to drag James and Bourke out of the factory that's not even close to how hard it was to get us stop shooting

YES... NOOO now I need the 06

so my guess is it uses a new noid. It would have the inlets and outlets on the same side, and would allow for no hose, manifold, and a new frame. If not, you guys must have worked your *** off to redesign the frame, just messing around I tried to think of a better design with the current gun layout and couldn't do it without making the gun much taller.

I'm currently forcing myself not to think about the fact that I just received my brand new borg last week. But I'm really not that upset about it, because it's not any less awesome just because something new is coming out, and besides they won't be readily available for a while after release, probably. And I still got it for a good price, new gun or not. So...those things are keeping me from kicking the crap out of myself for not waiting.

I do have a question, though. Will there be a Sonic 06 Borg as well as a regular one? If so, then I would expect it to be significantly over 1100, in which case I wouldn't have been able to afford it anyway, being in college and poor.
