I want to make a delrin bolt and need to know the proper size delrin i would have to buy. Can delrin be sanded down? Easy to drill?

Before you try your project on a hunk of raw delrin, I'd give Glenn Palmer at Palmers Pursuit and/or Cooper-T Products a call. These guys have been Sheridan custom shops for decades, and both do excellent work.
