I dont know what to do with my dm5
I bought the gun used for $150. It works fine is all stock but the previous owner scratched the anno up pretty good. I bought it hoping it would be a good back up but I ended up aquiring a few more guns and the dm5 is the bulkiest of my line up and probably my least favorite. (have a victory, threshold, legend and pm5). I do not need all these guns and since the dm is the only one I didnt pay full price for I figure I should get rid of it. Rather then get ripped off for it even more by some punk in the bst who wants to argue its worth less than $100 I figure I could try to do something with it. Someone raised the idea of having it milled and then it would be as slim and neat as an sm5. Not sure if thats worth the cash or not (has anyone ever done that, and can comment). I'd still have to factor in throwing a $70 chip in there to make the gun tourney legal. Maybe someone in here has an idea for it and I could let you pick it up as a project gun? I'd rather give it to someone who appreciates it than see it go for so cheap in the bst. Let me know what you think and sorry if it looks like Im trying to sell the gun in here but that is not my intention. Thanks.

There are some places that do cheap anno's. If you would rather go that route. If you custom milled it, it can potentially ruin the gun and it can end up looking horrible.

You bought a gun over 6 months ago used and its now worth $50 less... I dont know what you expected.
Either keep it or sell it to a friend.

A DM5 is not worth 50 dollars. Its worth around 150 or less (but not too much less) now, in good condition.

so i just had some one offer me a bolt with a 530 mod. and thats just a modification to the back cap right? well sorry for my ignorance but whats the 540 mod?
edit: well it sounds like they are basically the same thing lol
so if your interested in parting out the gun i would be interesting in purchasing the bolt from you.
