I fired the FX autococker, i must say it was pretty nice, it definitely ranks up there.. unfortunately i dont know how well it compares to the KAPP cockers though.

I just got one of the new Kapp's two weeks ago, a red/black fade one. It shot REALLY nice. The trigger was smooth, timed perfectly, and didn't break a ball all day. I'm running an Apoc through a Messiah reg and it works excellent (a little heavy, but I got muscles ) Haven't shot the F/X, but I would deffinately reccomend the Kapp.

neither are "better" both has their good aspects and bad.. really when you look at it both are just cosmetic differences. the parts used are generaly the same and the performance is no dif from each.

Talking fx..

I am probably going to go with the fx autococker. I just like the way it looks and shoots. Although, I have never shot a kapp autococker maybe someone will have one at the field today.

they are pretty much the same, i think pro team uses wgp sto parts and kapp uses their own parts, it's all a matter of preference till you get to the super high end, where the bodys are actually modified internally, and the components are actually an improvement rather than just a different color.

You may want to check warranty and customer service. You should not have any problems because both are build good/great guns but sometimes stuff happens. Anyway just a thought

true

after a while, and since i am now having to be an adult and be responsible for my actions; a warranty is one of the more important decisions i have in weather or not to buy anything...

you should check out the warranty and also the ease of getting the gun repaired, because wgp techs will tech many cockers, but they will NOT tech anything not based on a wgp body set

this includes Spanky, AKA, Splat Attack, and yes even my guns.

I'm a fan of the Kapp cockers... mainly for their looks.

I can't get enough of that little slot cut out down the middle of the body .

Go FX!

Howdy do!

I have an FX STO that I bought 2 months ago. Got the nickle one. Let's just say it rocks. Then again, i've not shot or seen a KAPP gun though.

I'm thoroughly impressed with my FX though. Shoots like a dream, it's quiet, accurate and looks downright baaad.

Hope this helps!

i've had no experience with the FX cockers, but the KAPPs are NICE as hell. i don't think i've ever seen my team mate break a ball in his...it just doesn't break balls. also it looks great, trig pull is nice and the frame is the most comfortable i've held, and did i mention it doesn't break balls?

I like the kapp myself. It is just nice and smooth, and a bunch of guys I know have them, and love them.

IMO kapp's are better, the trigger on the is a little bit nicer stock and they run at a slightly lower pressure but go for which ever one you like better

I have worked on both the KAPP & Fx and can tell you most cockers are the same .KAPP however makes and sells more cockers and has great service but like I said "most cokers are the same ".

I would personaly go with the fx because the boys and girls over at proteam seem to know what they are doing when it comes to autocockers. Looks are not everything in a gun. And I personally do not like that funny regulator mount that looks like it is bent.
