Nickel Highlights Questions for Blazer

Ok, I'm planning on ordering a Blazer next week, but I have some questions about getting nickel highlights (on gun and accessories).

-If I get nickel highlights on the gun and accessories, does that include the barrel? Or would I have to pay extra to have the barrel nickel plated?

-From what I understand, this does not cover getting the whole trigger frame being nickel plated. How much extra would it cost to have the frame done?

Your best bet for pricing information would be to email PPS. They usually get back to you quickly, and their prices would be much more accurate than anything we could give you.

This should be what they "highlight" if you get the nickel highlights when you order the gun.

Cut and paste, you know the drill.........

Like someone mentioned, though, the best bet is to call or e-mail PPS and get an actual quote from them. Then, you will know for sure.

Just further what Wade said.....

For the parts listed on his link, that's a $50 package.

If you want to get all the parts OTHER then the barrel nickeled (asa, velocity adjuster, trigger shoe, bolt pin, p-block and ball detent), then it's only $25. (aka - nickel highlights on accessories only)

Of course, if you order just the barrel nickeled, that's $25 just for the barrel. (aka - nickeled barrel)

If you put those two together, you get NICKEL HIGHLIGHTS ON GUN for $50.

I recommend the $50 version, it looks much better IMHO.

Hey, thanks for the added info MG. I AM just a newbie, afterall. It's good to get info from some of you long term Palmeritis sufferers. This guy knows his stuff, if any of you have questions, seek his advice.
