Weird linking

This happened yesterday, and I'm still not quite sure why. I got an email for a repoprted post, and it took me to one of the "buy, sell, trade" forums, where it says I was a mod. It was a thread of this guy advertising. Then I went to the rec talk forum, where I actually do mod, and found that link. I guess it was a fluke, but it was a bit odd.

My guess is that a thread was created in the forum that you moderate, reported by a member and then moved to another forum by a different mod before you were able to view the thread, taking you to a forum that you do not moderate.

Is the thread still active? If so, give me the link and I can find out.

It's in a forum I moderate, and it has been closed. Guess it was just a digital hiccup.
