Well I don't know if anyone has made a thread about doing this but since I'm doing it and this is a first time doing something like this for me so I thought it might be nice. Any things you might want to add feel free I really dont care. Im going to go step by step on how I did it.
I used two things to do this Rust-Oleum Specialty Plastic Primer and Rust-Oleum Metallic which I bought at Home Depot (I couldnt find krylon fusing and the guy said it was like that so I thought I might give it a try since I was at Home Depot and didnt feel like going some where else). You can also use krylon fusing I think thats what it's called right?
Ok, step one:
Find a nice open area to put the eyes on and put a piece of paper or two underneath it if you want
Take the plastic primer and spray down the outside (spray about two feet away from the eye covers)
Let it dry over night (make sure you let it dry because if you put it on to early you well get a tiny bit of paint around the outside of your eyes and rubber ball dents)
Now take the color of your choice and spray it the same way you did with the primer
