There is a feature with this forum software that allows some threads to be stuck (sticky) to the top of the thread listings. The only threads that should be stuck as of now are ones that the mods have posted with rules or such and official picture threads. So if the ones that are always appearing at the top are related to what i just mentioned it is because we are intentionally doing that, just trying to make it easier to find certain threads.
