dude i have put 15 or more cases through my ion. never chopped on me. NEVER. only time i have had a paint in the barrel was when my friend shot my gun with the barrel condom on. he is a n00b. lol. but just take ur time when first disassemblying it. and as u see i have put alot of paint through it and it works flawlessely.
