SP vs. DYE LAWSUITS
I was wondering what the lawsuits were about because i always hear it from someone and wonder why sp is sueing dye or the other way around. Just post all you know about it please.

dye is suing smart parts becuase dye thinks that the shockers design is a copy of their patented matrix design.
but anyone who has been in the sport since SP filed lawsuits know that dye is just doing this to get back at SP.

Um... to my knowledge, i thought Dye was suing SP b/c Dye thinks SP copied their patented Fuse Bolt that is on all of the DM products, and used it on their SP Ion........??? I may be wrong, but i thought this was the reason for their dispute! |
