Itellifeeds were the biggest hit on angel's for a reason:
THEY CAN SHOOT FREAKING FAST, not 17 balls a second.

Yes I know that the board is only capped at 17, but I still do not see the point of an intellifeed. Sure its cool that your hopper weighs alot less and takes less batterys, but the reason why it has not been extremely popular ever is because of the minimal results that it produces. Out of all of the people I know that own angels, they think the concept is cool, but would never get it done.

actually the reason the intellie feed was such a hit with angels is because of the fast speed of the gun and the slow speed of the 12v revy that was about the only agitated hopper at the time, and they needed a way to make it faster, thus the intelleifeed was born. And yes it would make the hopper lighter, but not in this guys case cause he said he plans to use the betterys in the hopper, which is just about the only way u could do it with the battery juice sucking halos.

how bout instead of having a nice wire hanging on the outside of ur gun to the halo , get a halo victory board.. shoots up to 35bps... i have one its select on 21bps right now to be safe, but u can select 17,21,24,30,35bps who needs more than that?

To the thread poster: are you talking about wiring the halo so the Ion's board drives the motor, or wiring it so the Ion board tells the Halo board when to drive the motor? If you're trying for the first method...it won't work...don't even bother. The second method is doable but somewhat complicated. Requires the halo's batteries to be used.

They'll feed faster then a stock board, but not 35bps.

A lot of them do, but there's no way to tell until you actually test out your specific Halo. Most of them that I've tested out of the box only fed about 19-20 bps. The fastest I've seen was 23. unmodified halos of course.
