Can you have 2 colored revolutions in tourneys?

Ok well i ordered a clear 12 volt revvy (the NEWEST model, with xboard and new prop) and a blue half shell. Well they dont match. they sent me the last years model half shell, which is a lil bit thinner and the lid part is a lil bit wider, which makes the lid more to one side, which means it doesnt work. Well anyways, i took it to my pro shop see if they can fix it. they say to try and find a half shell for the NEW model revvy and they ALSO said that now tourneys dont allow u to have revvys with one color blue and one color red (or whatever).

My Questions- Is this true that u cant have 2 colored hoppers? if so that doesnt make sense really.

Where can i find half shells for the NEWEST model revvy?

well from my understandin gin the NPPL you cant, but if u play local tournies and **** like that, then it really wont matter i wouldnt think, just depends on the rules.

u cant in NPPL? well im not there yet but soon i will be playin in those tourneys, so i guess ill return it and get a solid blue. its too bad cuz the clear/blue is just frickin awesome lookin

Nipple doesnt allow it. But if its black/something they cant say anything since black isnt technically a color.

Supposivley to make it easier to spot hits. The same reason they have limited the ammount of stickers you can have on your hopper.

yea now the sticker thing sucks. you can only have 1 sticker per side, and it must be in black and white (or greyscale i presume...)

the stickers can be red also... but don't forget the size restrictions 2"*4"

NPPL needs to be brought down, they are becoming like the goberment for paintball, some of there rules a ludacris.

....and they resticted some of the colors of jerseys.. Orange being one of them (one of the most common fill colors).

I learned the hard way on the stickers...one ref said it was ok, another said they had to go, our other team got deducteted 10 points so that sucked

the dark revs are allowed in nppl...they are clear/smoke.
