Nothern Italy?
I have looked at the list of fields and stores listed on this site, but the websites for anywhere in northern Italy are all in Italian. I am located on the military post in Vicenza. Is there anyone else around who knows where to go or has any information that may be useful for paintballing here?

I was stationed in Aviano from 99-02. I started a paintball field with a guy named Remigio Carlon (Check out APG from March 2002, I wrote an article about it for them).
The website, which is still in operation is www.paintballsports.it the e-mail address is info@paintballsports.it
There used to be a few guys that spoke broken english but I doubt they are still involved. My advice, go take a Conversational Italian course on base. It will make your experience in Italy SO much better. (The italians have a way of opening up if they see you are at least making an effort to learn the language beyond Grazie, Mille Lire, Prego and Ciao! Besides, you'll know if they're talking about behind your back)
Hope that helps,
-Sweeney

I've been to that website, but the English version of the page has been "under construction" for months. I've already taken the small Italian language course offered on post, and it mostly just helps me travel, shop, or order food. I can't understand anything on the webpage.

There's a telephone number on the site for Remigio. He speaks a LITTLE english.
I used to organize games for Americans when I was there but I don't know if it's being done by anyone now.
You might try contacting the MWR office at Aviano AB and see if they have any leads. Otherwise, call the number on the website, say "Voi giocarre paintball" and see if you can find out when and where the next game will be.
If i have my way, i'll be back in Italy soon and operating the field full time... But until that happens, Buona Fortuna!
Ciao,
-Sweeney

Okay thanks. I sent an email to the email address listed on the site earlier today, would that be going to him?

Might be a little late, but I started a small team in Vicenzia before d-bat moved to Germany. The paintball scene is very small in Italy. You may have to travel to other countries if your looking for something consistent.

im stationed in aviano right now, ive been able to find a few fields in venezia and one over in milan thats better for woodsball. if you have google chrome do all your searchin with that because it will auto convert the website to english for you. unfortunatley i camt play for about six months since i broke both bones in my leg and had to have a nail put jn my tibia and a plate on my fibula.

I left Italy back in 2011, played for the Flying Lions there. The field's website is www.paintball-paradise.it If you go tell Fillipo that Bryan sent you.
