Helpful tips for new teams

My rec ball guys and I are forming a 5 man team and I was just wondering if anybody had any good advice for a new team?

Practice every weekend at as many fields possible. Also enter in as many tournies as you can. Make sure you have a good reliable gun, or have multiple back ups, same goes with your players.

Don't mouth off and don't expect sponsors to hand ou free stuff. Play for fun, don't wipe and never loose your temper on the field. Act professional and play together as much as you can.
