Ya I would recomend ordering over the phone to make sure stuff is in stock. I've ordered a couple hundred dollars of stuff from there like tanks, packs and stuff and had no problems really.

I had a good experience with them when I ordered a revolution from them. One tip-they may send your stuff needed a signature for release. That screwed me up some, but otherwise, they are good in my book.

Thanks for your responses, I just wanted to make sure they didn't have crappy service since I've never ordered from them-

I dont know, if its a very broad item, say... '02 vert feed cocker then the service should be pretty good. if you get too technical, order over the net because some of the people i've delt with won't have a clue.

Paintballgear.com is the same way. There customer service is pretty bad, they use there website as an inventory reference.

My experiences with 888 have been far better than the ones with Paintballgear. I actually order most of my stuff from them now (888).

yeah, 888 is awesome. I have ordered tons of stuff from them with no problems yet. They have 2 day shipping almost anywhere but it might take 3 days depending on where u live. 2-3 day shipping is nice. And once i ordered a tippmann from them (a long time ago) and half an hour later i tried to add some paintballs to the order but they had already shipped it out. Same thing (with different products) happened last week.

i give them an A+

ive had REAL bad experience with them. I used the online ordering the first time and they shipped to my team mate's house because the site used the buffer from his order for the shipping address. i had the package returned beacuse i re-orderd since they said they never got my order (it showed up a day later under my friends name and adresss but chared to my account). its now 4 months later and they have yet to credit my card (i keep getting "it will be credited in 7-10 days")

I felt that this site was pretty good except for the fact that they charge like 2x as much for shipping as most other sites
