What specific team info do you need sent in along with the registration check? (is there a registration form?)

By the way, the tourney info has typos in the address for National Paintball.

Should be "Rosecrans Ave." and it's in the city of "La Mirada"

Yup.

I sent in our registration a week ago. On Friday I received a call from Travis Lemanski saying that the tournament was cancelled (they're supposed to be mailing my check back to me).

I was just looking on Gator Glaze's myspace and noticed that he had a posting on June 28th that the tournament was cancelled. I wish someone from Infamous would have posted somewhere on the forums that the event was called off. Would have saved me some time.
