main thing that the c4 mod does is increase the air flow from your right side dead air chamber into the shot chamber. this is only really important at rates of speed exceeding like 23 BPS, cause other than that you wont really notice the difference.
by the way the noid stops cycling at like 26 CPS and the fastest hopper out is the q loader which only feeds like 22 bps. :-D

Anyone do any of these mods for people? I dont have the tools to do any of them. Might just be cheaper if I can send it to one of you guys?

Just the basic ones would work, top hat maybe the other 2 like bolt stop and the c4 if you have those done.
