I was using a 72/3000 tank and did the top hat mod and brought the dwell down to 11 and got 1200 shots from a semi warm 3000 to around the 0 were it was starting to sputer. Could i get more? Is this good?

The Bonebrake mod is a mod for the DM/PM series of guns, not the matrix

Yes. It can be picked up at Lowe's or Home Depot for about $1 - $1.50 a foot. The best way to do it is lube the top hat and inside of the tube and use strength to muscle it so it's flush with the top of the top hat then cut it.
If you cut the section you need first you won't have the leverage you would with the entire foot long section.

why all the effort you can just put the tubing into steaming hot but not boiling water for 30 seconds and slide it on the bolt top hat with little effort

A Few Questions
I currently have a piece of PVC coupling that fits perfectly inside the black sleeve, but is a little longer than the tophat itself, probably about a quarter inch. Should I dremel it down so that its the same length, or leave it alone? Or would it be better to just use the hose?
Also, I bought my matrix from a friend, and my bolt is a mismash of different pieces from different kits. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify them by their anno color.
-My Back Plug is a crimson red, and has holes around the top of it.
-The Rear Wall is the same color as the back plug, and has the 2 paralel raised pieces on either side of the inner hole.
-The Bolt Stop is gold, and looks like it has the bolt stop mod from the factory.
-The Sleeve is black
-The Top Hat is the crimson color, and has a beveled edge at the small diameter end.
-The bolt itself is blue
-The Beer Can and Frontwall are gold, and the frontwall appears to be part of the beercan. Either that, or I dont have one.

Sounds like you have some evolve peices. The beercan/frontwall are evolve v1 since they are connected, I would beleive the bolt stop to be the same.
sleeve is probably image, and for the others, I don't know

You can also replace the beer can with a piece of 1" PVC pipe cut and squared to exactly the same length as the stock. You will have to have the outside of it turned down slightly on a lathe to get it to fit, or a quicker way is to cut a slot down one side and squeeze it together so it slides in the body of the gun. The beer can doesn't actually hold preasure, it's just a spacer, so you don't have to worry about glueing the pipe back together if you do the cutting method.
